Our client, established for over 4 decades, has grown to become one of the largest commercial businesses within its sector in the South West.  Their unrivalled product portfolio has won them an extensive, established and varied base of clientele from all regions of the UK.

 

They are, as is their portfolio, rather exceptional, which is why we are seeking a rather exceptional Sales Manager to lead from the front.  This is a new position which has grown out of our clients continued success and expansion.

 

You will be an experienced and polished sales professional with a proven track record of hitting your own targets along with driving performance in a small sales team. You will have natural gravitas, confidence & credibility, be a natural and very proactive sales person with experience in selling high end products.  An expert at relationship building, you will be completely confident speaking with clients from all walks of life, giving the utmost attention to service whether their budget is £200 or £200,000.

 

You must be immaculately presented, articulate, and have excellent communication skills both oral and written, and you will be as comfortable selling face to face, by telephone or via email. You will be persuasive not pushy, friendly, a super team player, and your natural ability to think outside the box and close sales is what makes you exceptional at what you do, and well respected by the team you lead.

The role is full time over 5 days a week and will include weekend work. As you will also be required to attend external events from time to time throughout the country a flexible attitude to working hours is required.
