You may be from a field sales or telesales background. You may be from a customer facing or telephone based customer service role. What you will be however is genuinely interested in your clients and customers, interested in building strong, long term relationships with them, and you are genuinely liked by them. Whatever role you are leaving, your customers will miss you, and that’s why we want you.
Our client, established for over 4 decades, has grown to become one of the largest commercial businesses within its sector in the South West. Their unrivalled product portfolio has won them an extensive, established and varied base of clientele from all regions of the UK.
The role is a very proactive role, making regular contact and building relationships with this base of clientele, along with growing it.
You must be immaculately presented, articulate, and have excellent communication skills both oral and written, and you will be as comfortable dealing with your customers face to face as by telephone or email. You will have a warm open personality and be able to naturally guide your customer to the purchase that is right for them without being salesy or pushy in any way.
You will be a super team player, effective at leading from the front. A positive and pleasurable person to work alongside and will show a genuine keenness to both learn and assist wherever you can.
You will have experience of being in a team leader or management capacity where you have had key holder responsibility.
The role is full time over 5 days a week and will include every Saturday and as Manager, frequent Sundays throughout the month. As you may also be required to attend external events, exhibitions and training from time to time throughout the country, a flexible attitude to working hours is required.
