This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and talented individual who wants to work within the challenging and rewarding Mortgage Sales team. This is a front line role, where you will provide a comprehensive mortgage sales and product referral service to customers. You will work in close partnership with the Branch Manager and will be accountable for the delivery of an individual mortgages sales target. You will also assist in supervising Mortgage Arrangers and Customer Service Assistants and deputising for branch Manager in their absence.
The key objective of this role is to provide a high quality compliant service to clients within both the existing client base, as well as prospecting for new clients. You will offer credible and knowledgeable advice to customers on mortgages and general insurance products, in order to meet customer needs and achieve performance targets within a regulatory environment.
You will have a proven sales ability with previous direct customer contact within a sales or financial services organisation, preferably as a mortgage interviewer. You must hold CeMap 1, 2 & 3 qualifications.
We are seeking someone who has an ability to create value through customers and provide excellent customer service. You will additionally be able to create value for the business by delivering business results. The successful candidate will be a team player, who has strong planning and control skills and is able to work within a challenging environment. You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
